CJC-1295 DAC is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) — a modified GRF(1–29) peptide bearing a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), a lysine-linked moiety that binds serum albumin to extend the molecule’s circulating half-life. Mechanistically, it is a GHRH-receptor agonist. It is used as a research chemical to investigate GHRH-receptor signaling in experimental models.
Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide characterized in the literature as the first selective growth hormone secretagogue. It acts as an agonist of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a), the receptor for the endogenous peptide ghrelin. It is used as a research chemical to investigate GHS-R1a signaling in experimental models.
